• Canada-wide Shipping flat rate is 12$ CAD and we offer FREE CANADA Shipping on all orders over $99 CAD!

• USA-wide Shipping flat rate is 25$

• All non-custom orders usually ship within 3-4 business day—YAY! Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Please allow a maximum of 5-12 business days for delivery, following shipping.

• Please note that packages shipped to USA may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities! Please check their website for more info.

• International shipping rate is determined at checkout. We provide low cost, reliable shipping via FEDEX, UPS or DHL, flat rate of 30$ CAD!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Heaven-Sent Return Policy

Need to return or exchange your order? We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, with the exception of earrings and custom orders.

 

You are responsible for shipping fees to the headquarters (the return address).

If you return your order within 15 days of delivery date, you have options!

• Store credit AND $10 off your order if you exchange right away

• Store credit you can save for later that’s equal to what you originally paid

• Refund on your original payment method, minus a $5 restocking fee

If you return your order within 30 days of delivery date, you still have options!

• Store credit AND $10 off your order if you exchange right away

• Store credit you can save for later that’s equal to what you originally paid

There are only a couple exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Sale items are final, but don’t worry—they can be exchanged for store credit

• Custom items such as t-shirts, custom jewelry with your initials or text, and earrings are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you

 

To get your return or exchange started, here’s what to do:

Step 1

Send us an email to hello@rebelheartclub.ca with your order # and list the items you wish to return.

Step 2

Choose the product(s) you want to return or exchange from your order

Step 3

Go to your nearest shipping company and ship back the product to the address we provided you. Bare in mind that as we are a small business, we do not cover return shipping fees.
